Lianyungang Haosen Mineral Products Co., Ltd.(HS) was founded in May 2015. It is a high-tech enterprise with leading technology in China, specializing in the production of silica powder and quartz sand.
HS is located in Donghai high-tech industrial park, covering an area of 50,000 square meters. Donghai county is the Crystal Capital of China and Silicon Resource Production Base of China.
HS was formerly known as Donghai 105 mine in Jiangsu province. (i.e. Lianyungang Donghai Jingzhiyuan Mineral Products Co., Ltd. stopped operation because of the demolition of the "Lianyungang-Xuzhou Passenger Dedicated Line" high-speed railway project.)It is the earliest enterprise engaged in R & D and processing of quartz products such as quartz and crystal.
The company invested more than 30 million Yuan in the first phase, purchased the largest silica powder production equipment in China and advanced Siemens automation control system in Germany, and built a silica powder production line with an annual output of 30,000 tons and the largest production scale in the industry.
In February 2017, the company invested more than 20 million Yuan in the second phase, purchased new type ball mills with the largest scale and capacity in the industry , classifiers, stirring tank and other equipments. 7500 square meters of factory buildings have been transformed to build a high-purity and soft silica powder production line with an annual output of 12,000 tons. HS is an innovative scale enterprise of Donghai High-tech Industrial Park and a key high-tech enterprise.
In December 2017, in order to meet the growing market demand, the company invested 20 million Yuan to further expand the production scale, purchased advanced high-precision silica powder production equipment at home and abroad and advanced Siemens automation control system in Germany, and built a large-scale production line of high-purity and ultra-fine silica powder with an annual output of 15,000 tons.
